clinical trials the demand for genotype data on the phase I and
phase II drug metabolism enzymes is increasing. To accommodate these
developments in the marketplace, we are offering two distinct levels
of service.
a. Premium Geneblitz® genotyping:
Genotype designation for the phase I and phase II enzymes indicated
in the table below. Please feel free to call or e-mail us to discuss
your specific requirements. The price we quote to you will depend
upon: a) the complexity of the assay required, b) the number of
alleles for which a genotype designation is needed and c) the number
of patient samples. A full service, performed to BS EN ISO9001:2000,
including sample tracking, DNA preparation, quantitation and storage,
will be quoted if this is required by yourselves.
b.
Regulatory Geneblitz® genotyping:
Our regulatory Geneblitz® genotyping service offers the
additional option of assay validation to ICH guidelines Q2A and
Q2B (specificity, accuracy, precision, detection limit and robustness).
We develop the programme of work according to client's requirements
and to an agreed project management schedule.
