ELISA/Western Blotting

We operate the LT4000 ELISA reader and either develop bespoke assays or run existing commercially available assays to quantify protein or hapten analytes in biological samples. In particular, we use these for our own internal research projects including selection of antibody pairs for rapid assay test development.

We provide a service for ELISA and western blot assays to the quality standards and timescales required. Any number of samples will be considered.

Antibodies can be supplied by yourselves, purchased by us or produced by arrangement.

This service complements our genecloning and expression service.
