The basis of all good molecular biology experiments is high quality DNA. The Geneblitz® DNA preparation service is able to prepare your DNA from a wide variety of sources, such as whole blood, buccal swabs, cells and tissues (animal and plants) or microbes (bacteria, yeast and fungi).

In particular, CRO’s are finding our blood to SNP service to be an invaluable aid in phase I and phase II clinical trials.

Patient blood samples (any volume in EDTA tubes) are processed for storage, banking or subsequent genotyping studies.

How about using our services for high quality laboratory scale plasmid preparations? Ideal for cloning requirements or template preparation for DNA sequencing.

We carefully track your samples through the entire DNA preparation process and provide you with the quality and concentration you require in the format of your choice. For genomic DNA, we also offer a 96 well plating service.

All extracted genomic DNA is quantitated by OD260/280 and checked for quality and integrity (using agarose gel electrophoresis).
