DNA test?
Using our rapid, accurate and cost effective test we can
provide you with solutions for:
- determination of parentage
- production and maintenance
of lineage
records for breeding purposes and registration
- resolution of bovine paternity
disputes
If you provide us with a blood,
semen or mouth sample (taken by rubbing a brush around the
animals mouth) from each of the animals to be tested, we
will provide you with a parentage report which indicates
their biological relationship. Each sample is processed
for only £59.95 ex. VAT.
The mouth sample is taken with a kit we provide and does
not require a vet. Turnaround time from receipt of the sample
by us to reporting to you is 15 working days.

The
equine and bovine StockMarks® tests employ informative sets of microsatellite
markers as recommended by the International Society of Animal Genetics
(ISAG).
The
canine StockMarks® test employs a set of informative microsatellite
markers as recommended by the American Kennel Club (AKC).
All
assays are accredited to the internationally recognised standard,
BS EN ISO9001:2000. Results are provided to you as a comprehensive
written report with supporting documentation where specified.
*PCR assays are performed
pursuant to a license agreement with F. Hoffman-La Roche Ltd.
